Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), Dubai city’s annual shopping extravaganza kicked off on a spectacular note on 26 December 2017. With only two weeks left to conclude, the month long shopping festival guarantees to offer you unbeatable sales, fantastic shopping experiences and delightful family entertainment.

As the 23rd edition of the shopping festival gain momentum, we’ve put together a cheat sheet to some of the best things to look forward to this DSF. So if you haven’t been out and about yet, here’s your cue.

The Beach
Every Thursday and Friday throughout DSF, with a grand finale showcase on January 27. The shows begin at 9.30pm.

La Mer
Every Thursday and Friday throughout DSF at 9pm.

Al Seef

Market Outside the Box
Back by popular demand for the fourth year, Market Outside The Box (OTB), is an al fresco market at Burj Park, downtown, featuring a mix of independent local labels and global brands. It runs from January 11 until January 20 and will be open on weekdays from 4pm – 10pm and on weekends from 10am to 10pm.

Global Village
With over 30 pavilions to navigate, including lively street atmosphere, with parades, plays, and all kinds of shows from fire-breathing performances to breakdancing and musicals – this is a village that you shouldn’t skip.

There’s a stellar line-up waiting for open air concert fans. While Egyptian Pop-star Amr Diab and Bollywood Playback sensation Sonu Nigam highlighted the initial weeks of the shopping festival, the closing weeks will see some magical performances from:

Mohamed Mounir – January 19
Known as “The King” to his fans, the popular Egyptian Actor and Musician will be performing live at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.

Majida El Roumi – January 26
The Lebanese Soprano star will take to stage for an enchanted evening at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.

Family Entertainment
Visit Boxpark to enjoy groovy street entertainment. Busking stations will be set up with live performances from a saxophonist, guitarist, oud player, trombonist, violinist, harpist and much more.
