Job Description

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Eight to Ten (8-10) years’ experience in similar role in Soft Services in the UAE handling Multiple Projects operations & knowledge of costing.
2. Excellent Knowledge on Operational Budgeting. Project Estimation and Cost control.
3. Excellent skills in using MS office, CAFM Systems and ERP systems.
4. Strong interpersonal Skills and good Commanding ability.
5. Change Management & problem-Solving abilities.
6. Excellent knowledge of Standard industry regulations and Work Place Health & Safety Regulations in the region.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Excellent communication skills in English and any two other languages.
2. Ability to manage 1000 multicultural workforce and to work long and flexible hours.
3. Certificate in BICSc / other cleaning accreditation preferred.
4. Should have a Bachelors Degree / Equivalent.
5. Driving License in UAE.
6. Certifications in Health & Safety / Environmental Management Systems.
