Key Job Responsibilities:
• Receive Service Enquiries and respond to customer, Entry & update service calls.
• Provide administrative support to Service Department Supports respond to all service department correspondence/enquires received from the Client.
• To prepare enquiries in CRM/D365, service calls on confirmed jobs and/or quoted queries. Affixed call numbers to email correspondence for proper disposal to assigned service jobs.
• Coordinate with agents for NOC /Immigration papers /port permits required to attend the service jobs.
• Maintain a log for Enquiries/Job Sheets/Purchase orders
• Follow-up with customers for Pending Pos
• Candidate with 1-2 years of experience in the similar role. Even fresh graduates can apply for this position.
• Preferably Indian or Filipino nationals.
• Must have good communication skill in English.
• MS Office working experience is a must.
• A out of the box thinker and a good team player.
• Eager to learn and take responsibilities.
