Proficient in MS Word/Excel.
Attending incoming telephone calls and transferring lines to individual telephone extensions.
Noting down messages to be given to individuals in case he or she is not available and communicating those messages when he or she is present.
Receiving guests courteously at reception and advising individuals of the visitors.
Ensuring all visitors log in their names and phone nos. in visitors’ logbook.
Coordinating with DHL/FedEx/TNT and other courier companies for collection of couriers and receipt of couriers/posts/parcels etc.
Logging in all invoices and passing them onto accounts dept.
Flight bookings for Management staff.
Ensure reception area is kept clean and tidy.
