• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
• Develop positive relationships with clients.
• Manage pipeline and forecast accordingly.
• Arranging meetings with clients and give product and service descriptions.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
• Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (Daily, monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales and service performance and identify opportunities for growth.
