Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing global clients achieving assigned sales targets
Devise and recommend the best sales models and strategies in supporting trading software business
Contact customers via phone and email
Host client trading workshops/webinars as “continuing education” and opportunity identification
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, identifying opportunities, selling customer solutions, and onboarding new clients
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that any customer queries are communicated effectively through the correct channels in the business
Maintain a thorough, in-depth knowledge of the financial products and services various software’s, while staying up to date on market news and events
Degree in finance, business, economics or a related field
1-2 years’ experience working with financial instruments brokerage trading company
High client retention rates and high levels of client satisfaction
Various trading software’s operations & functions, direct experience will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and general computer knowledge
Excellent spoken and written communication skills – multilingual skills are a bonus
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
A genuine interest in financial markets software and international business
Having a UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
