Job description:
- Total 8+ years of experience and 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow solutions
- At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of ServiceNow development and configuration preferably within the HR Scoped application
- Experience in HR technology, specifically supporting the ServiceNow processes
- Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and Client and Server scripts
- Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Mobile and Web Onboarding
- Support existing and build new interfaces and have a good understanding of available integrations with 3rd party tools
- Ensure the system maintains compliance with policies and procedures, including GLBA, SOX, PCI, and data retention
- Ability to talk to business to understand requirements, provide options and set right expectations on delivery
- Implementation of HR workflows and tools including Employee Document Management, GRC, ATF
Good to have:
- Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes leveraging the HRSD framework
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Experience performing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with HR processes
- Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Safety apps implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and/or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5 years of development experience in the SNOW platform, with 2+ year in HR module
- Certifications Implementation Specialist Certification
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, API integrations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to talk to business to understand requirements, provide options and set right expectations on delivery
- LEAN or Six Sigma is a plus to assess HR processes for efficiency
