Excellent Functional knowledge in SAP HCM Suite – Payroll and TimeOff.
Experience in Employee Central and Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll Integration.
Exposure to Onboarding, Recruitment and Compensation would be an added advantage.
Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience into SAP payroll (with modules experience of Payroll PI, Time off) with SAP HCM Suite.
Candidate should have exposure to success factor with P2P integration of payroll system.
Look for functional Candidates who are aware of SAP technologies Stack and Payroll
Experience in success factors and payroll integration using cloud platform integration would be added advantage
Experience handling Requirements workshops and design Solutions.
Good grasp of SAP Technology – especially ABAP and be able to handle Techno Functional solutioning.
Experience in SuccessFactors and Payroll integration using Cloud Platform Integration would be an added advantage.
Familiar with testing processes, tools, methodologies and test-driven development.
