Receptionist cum administrator

A Multinational company having manufacturing facility in Umm Al Quwain requires Secretary cum Administrator.

The foll are the requirements :

Provides comprehensive support services ensuring professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.

· Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails.

· Oversee the emails, including strictly private and confidential communication.

· Prepare correspondence, compose letters and responses;

· Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.

· Provide administrative assistance to other senior management, when required

· Ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and deliver work on deadlines

· Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

· Should be Computer literate (excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Good numerical ability with excellent written and oral communication in English

· Able to work independently without supervision

· Fast learner, approachable and pleasant workplace demeanor.

Knowledge of inventory will be added advantage
