I am currently working as a secretary and admin assistant in my company. I have a working experience for 4 years. I am a fast learner & can work with less supervision. I am a trustworthy person in which my employer loved about me. Company can trust me with all the jobs and handle it properly.
I am also good in customer service and can easily get along with my colleague and the clients.
As a secretary, I am assisting our managing director with all the daily tasks and meetings which he will have for the day. I need to make sure that all schedules and meetings have been followed accordingly and always remind the boss about sorts of things we need to accomplish within the day.
As an admin assistant, I am also a reliever to our accounts whenever he's not available. I will take charge of all the daily schedule expenses of the company as well as the monthly expense. I am also the one who is in charge in proper automation in the office. Giving instructions with my subordinate as instructed by the manager.
I am having my UAE driving license as well in which I believe I can use as well for doing my run errands.
